Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the appco.com.co website. By browsing it or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who operates the site

The site is operated by Pedro Emmanuel Carvajal Rosales, a natural person domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, who offers software development services under the trade name Aplicaciones de Colombia (AppCo).

2. Services described on the site

Aplicaciones de Colombia develops custom software: web applications, mobile apps, business management systems and integrations. The site presents three working models:

• Impulse: initial development of an MVP at no cost, with a shared subscription. The resulting product is published for general use.
• Partner: development with Aplicaciones de Colombia sharing in the project’s revenue (revenue sharing).
• Exclusive: 100% custom development for the client’s exclusive use, with a partial upfront payment.

These descriptions are a summary. The scope, deliverables, timelines, prices, intellectual property of the software developed, revenue-sharing percentage and all other conditions of each project are defined in the commercial proposal or contract signed in each case. If this site and that document differ, the signed document prevails.

3. Prices and quotes

Published prices are reference values, expressed in US dollars (USD), and indicate the starting (“from”) price of each plan. They are not a binding offer. The final price is set in the corresponding quote, according to the scope and complexity of each project.

4. Submitting forms

Submitting a contact or quote form is a request for information and does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship or an obligation to develop the project. We review each request and contact you to discuss it.

You agree to provide truthful information and not to send unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights. The processing of the data you send is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy.

5. Permitted use of the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not:

• Attempt to access restricted areas, such as the admin panel, without authorization.
• Take actions that affect the operation or security of the site, such as attacks, unauthorized vulnerability testing or automated mass form submissions.
• Use the site for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logos and the name Aplicaciones de Colombia / AppCo belong to their owner or are used with authorization. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Portfolio projects, client logos and testimonials are shown for illustrative purposes and belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party content and links

The site may include YouTube videos and links to third-party sites, such as our clients’ websites. We do not control those sites or answer for their content or policies; their own terms apply when you visit them.

8. Liability

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions and may change without notice. The site is provided “as is”: we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Colombian law, including, where applicable, Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., without prejudice to any applicable consumer protection mechanisms.
